Vinyasa Yoga Classes
Vinyasa yoga moves with the breath, creating a focused yet calming flow of energy. Vinyasa is a sanskrit term that when broken down can be translated into 'nyasa' (to place) and 'Vi' (in a special way). When we link this into our movement practice, we can understand this to be mindfully placing ourselves in an intentional way that brings the mind, body and breath together as one. All Vinyasa classes at Stillhet Yoga follow the same principles, and run in 4 week cycles allowing for growth within the repetition each week.
Chair Yoga Classes
Suitable for anyone looking for a gentle style to increase strength and mobility whilst also having an hour of relaxation and time to unwind. Using a chair for support, this practice is an accessible way for many people who wouldn't usually access a regular class to gain from the many wonderful benefits of yoga.
